My husband and I were first time home buyers and were looking for something we could call home for the long haul, not just a starter home. We probably asked to see 10 x as many homes as most buyers and had no idea what we were really looking for, but Krista humored us with such a positive and pleasant outlook. She knew that the right place was out there for us somewhere. She educated us on the process of home buying, and when we finally decided to work with a contractor on a new build, she was there for us every step of the way. We could not have asked for someone more patient with our questions and concerns or more willing and excited to help us find "Home." We have been in our home 8 months now and Krista continues to always be just a phone call or email away if we've had questions about our home's warranty, our mortgage, insurance, etc. She has even continued to check in with us and make sure we were happy with our decision and still love our home.
